Dr. LaFleur is a general orthopedic surgeon whose focus is on common conditions and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. His primary interest is shoulder, hip and knee replacements for arthritis, as well as surgical and non-surgical management of fractures. He is also interested in treating conditions of the shoulder and knee which can be addressed through arthroscopic surgery such as rotator cuff and meniscus tears respectively. Dr. LaFleur also takes great interest in diagnosing complex orthopedic conditions and either managing locally or referring patients to subspecialty care, depending on the best interest of the patient.
Education & Training
After earning his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University, Dr. LaFleur completed his internship and residency at Wright State University School of Medicine. His primary training was at Miami Valley Hospital, a high volume joint replacement system and the busiest level 1 trauma center in the state of Ohio.

Dr. LaFleur lives in Tillamook, OR with his wife and three young daughters. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys participating in local community organizations and functions, as well as the many outdoor recreational activities provided by the Oregon Coast.
