How to enroll in the patient portals

It’s simple. The next time you visit your Aspire Orthopedic Institute physician, just ask the front desk staff about enrolling  and you’ll be given a personal activation code.

Then go to My Adventist Health or MyChart and follow the prompts to enroll. That’s it!
